The 2024 Bongo collection is here! Available as 4, 5, and 6-string models, the Bongo now features stainless steel frets. The finishes have been meticulously crafted: Mantis Green and Blood Orange boast a stunning high gloss finish on the body, complemented by hand-rubbed oil and wax-finished necks. Meanwhile, Stealth Black and Titan Gray showcase a sleek satin finish on both the body and neck.
The Bongo represents everything a modern bass should be: well-balanced, comfortable, resonant, and expressive with effortless playability. The double-cutaway basswood body design is of superior construction and, along with a 24-fret neck, offers unimpeded access for high-register two-octave fretwork. The Bongo is available with two Ernie Ball Music Man proprietary humbucking pickups, a 4-band EQ, Neodymium magnets, and an 18V active preamp that delivers a powerful combination of unparalleled tonal diversity.
